Our property has a variety of spaces thoughtfully created to host beautiful events.
MAIN GARDEN SANCTUARY
This enchanting centerpiece to the property feels like a secret garden. It features a central lawn, surrounded by an abundance of flowering perennials, shrubs and tall trees. The entire area is bordered by a pergola covered with grape vines and sheer curtains, creating an intimate sense of privacy that focuses all attention toward the wooden arbor awaiting your personal floral arrangement. A nearby pond and running creek enhance the natural beauty and are gorgeous additions to any photo. This space is truly magical and we promise you'll be stunned by the beauty.
RECEPTION AREA
Three terracotta patios connected to each other through terracing host a gorgeous white tent with tent liner, chandeliers and leg drapes. The dance patio is surrounded by trees, fire features and overlooks the vast greenbelt. Cafe lighting above creates the perfect glow. The lower patio has a beautiful gas stone fire ring with fire glass and plenty of lounge space for mingling. These spaces are fully customizable and can be decorated with venue-provided furniture.
COTTAGE & GETTING READY ROOMS
Two rooms centrally located in the cottage can host you and your party for getting ready.
Located upstairs is a gorgeous vintage room original to the 1920 build. This room is decorated with vintage elements and set up with stations great for doing hair and make up.
In contrast, the downstairs room has a modern flair with a dry bar, comfortable seating, and large mirrors. This space shares the 3-hole putting green for fun afternoon entertainment!
The cottage also houses the two full, gender neutral bathrooms one equipped with a changing table.
MAIN LAWN
The main lawn boasts a full acre for guests to wander at their leisure. Get lost in the garden and wander the paths and tunnel. It's the perfect spot for golden hour photos with the sun setting among the tree line. It is also a great spot to put fun add ons like a photo booth or lawn games.
OTHER AREAS
PREP KITCHEN
Complete with a hand washing sink, stainless steel prep counters, large commercial refrigerator and plenty of space to spread out. This area is strategically placed out of sight.
PARKING LOT
Full gravel parking lot can fit approximately 60-70 cars. Parking Attendant(s) provided for day-of operations of parties over 50. We typically see our lot fill at ~150 guests, so carpooling is always encouraged.
BATHROOMS
Two recently renovated permanent bathrooms are gender neutral and host a baby changing station.
