VENDORS
Jardin del Sol strives to be a vendor-friendly venue! We have recommendations in every vendor category to share.
DJ
Due to county ordinances and our nearby neighbors it is required to hire from our DJ list. Live music is permitted during your ceremony, but not during receptions.
COORDINATOR
The use of a professional day-of coordinator is required. You may hire any coordinator you'd like, though we love and recommend the ones on our preferred list!
ALCOHOL
Any type of alcohol may be served by a licensed and insured catering or bartending company. Straight shots of liquor are not permitted. State of WA documentation is required.
CATERING & BARTENDING
We love the catering teams on our preferred list and we hope you can find one you love too. Caterers must be licensed and insured. We strongly recommend hiring a full service caterer that provides a team of staff for serving and bussing.

SET UP/TEAR DOWN
If we own it, we take care of it! All venue fixtures and furniture items (ie tables, seating, bar) will be set up and torn down by our team.
REHEARSAL
A one hour rehearsal or meeting period is reserved the week of the event, typically on Thursday.
PETS
We love your pets! Pets are welcome to participate in the events as long as they are cared for and cleaned up after.

ELOPEMENT: $1,500 - $3500

MICRO WEDDING: $3,500 - $7-000

Price ranges include options for coordination, officiant, and photography add-ons
Guests can be added at a rate of $100/guest

BOOK WITH US
A signed rental agreement and 40% of the venue rental fee will reserve a date. 30% is due 180 days prior and 90 days prior. We accept Zelle, check, cash, or credit/debit cards.
