Reception area and dance floor is a beautiful terraced patio with an Italian fountain.

Hours: The garden is available for rental any day of the week from May through the middle of October. The rental time period is for 8 hours, any time between 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 12:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sundays. Vendors are welcome anytime during the rental hours or by appointment.

Reservations and Deposits: Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed rental agreement and 50% of the rental rate are required to reserve your date. The balance of the rental fee will be due '90 days' in advance of your event date and is not refundable. We accept cash and checks. A damage deposit of $300 is required one month prior to your event. The damage deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you within 14 days after your event provided there is no damage.

Occupancy: Jardin del Sol can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bartender. The renter must obtain a Banquet Permit from any Washington State Liquor Store. A copy of the permit must be received by Jardin del Sol prior to your event.

Catering: Jardin del Sol has a list of excellent caterers to choose from. If choosing to self-cater, there will be an additional service charge. There is no kitchen facility so all catering must be self-contained.

Rehearsal: A rehearsal period of one hour will be scheduled at no cost during the week before your wedding. Jardin del Sol may be rented for rehearsal dinners at an additional charge.

Wedding Coordination:
Rehearsal and wedding day coordination services can be purchased. The following is included in wedding day coordination:

• Provide two planning sessions with couple
• Confer with vendors to confirm couple’s expectations and arrival/set-up details as well as contact information
• Develop day of schedule and associated checklists for planner and members of wedding party
• Direct wedding rehearsal
• Coordinate ceremony and reception set up
• Coordinate wedding party during set up and picture taking
• Distribute gifts to guests and wedding party
• Oversee reception schedule and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Oversee clean up

Pets: Jardin del Sol is a dog friendly facility. Renters are welcome to have their canine friend participate in their ceremony. Jardin del Sol staff will even dog sit for you during the reception.
